Great villa
Second time staying at the villa, all as advertised. Pool heated, all very clean. TV with Netflix etc. Good wifi.

Golf Villa
Beautiful and comfortable villa that was perfect for our family. The heated pool in late March/early April was wonderful and enjoyed by all of us. Access to local golf was great. We rented golf clubs and had them delivered to our villa (which is a great deal and better than renting at the course). Communication was excellent with Barry before we arrived. The kitchen could have had a few more supplies - measuring cups, coffee pot, more silverware (setting limited so we had to keep hand washing to keep up). I had to purchase some basic supplies like sponges for the counters, paper towels and toilet paper. The pictures posted of the villla show a private back yard which is not quite accurate- there is no privacy screen blocking the view of the side street which was not attractive. A car is definitely needed and will give you access to the beauty of Murcia. We played golf at several local courses - they were all great.. Restaurants were fabulous and easy to find. Overall it was a fabulous trip!

The property was very well located at the top of El Valle with easy access to the main roads for Murcia and the coast. Everything worked as expected, very comfortable beds and furniture. Great house and great communication from the host. Would happily stay here again. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic week stay at this beautiful villa
We had a wonderful week at the villa. The pool heating really made our stay. Communication was great with the owners who made sure everything was as we wished. We didn’t want to leave! Would love to return again in the future, many thanks.

Up there with the best
Absolutely fantastic stay everything was seamless from booking to check out. We went in January and got really nice weather had the heated pool which was a must and it was really warm. Stayed with 4 small kids and it felt so safe with the living room and master bedroom all leading to the pool. We would highly recommend stating here. It was quiet season and the club house was quiet but food was beautiful and staff so nice and friendly. Shop had everything. We had a car so got out in the mornings until it warmed up a bit then spent all evening in the pool.

Great Villa
My wife and I stayed here for a week to get away from the rubbish British weather in November. The villa is lovely and has everything you will need. Located a short walk from the club house restaurant and supermarket on-site. Heated pool completed a perfect week.

We had two weeks at the property. The location is great, 5-10 minute walk to the clubhouse here the local shop, bar and restaurant is located. The food at the restaurant is very good and fairly priced. The property was perfect for what we needed and was as advertised. All questions we had prior to and during our stay were dealt with swiftly. Would stay here again.

We had a good week at the property, however there were broken chairs in the garden which were snapped and could not be used and mould on the bedroom walls which was not a great first impression The property needs some maintenance repair works to the pool as the tiles were also falling off Overall we had a good week Jenny

Great Villa
Excellent when you arrive the security guard guides you straight to the villa or it would take you some time to find it as the complex is large. The Villa was more than big enough for 4 adults a 2 small children. Spacious inside & out. The kitchen is well equipped and we had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Air con works well and no need to leave it on when going out as it cools down very quickly. We found if you left all the shutters closed and used only the kitchen access to the outdoor area the villa stayed cool anyway. Golf resort shop was very reasonably priced. The club house serves good food and the staff are great with the kids, try the mixed fish sharing platter..fab. Only minor problems we had were there was no Wi Fi password code in the welcome folder but we text Sally (property manager) and she had the password to us within the hour. We had requested a high chair and there was not one in the property again Sally had it to us first thing the next morning. Great location for exploring Murcia and San Javier area. Thanks for a fab 2 weeks with the family.

A geat property
We had a lovely stay at this villa we really enjoyed our time here. The villa is well equipped with everything you need its beautifully decorated and set in a lovely location, there is a supermarket a few minutes away. The owners are also very nice and efficient in communication. The kids loved the swimming pool plan to go back next year.

The Villa is in great condition and in an excellent location. It has all the amenities and facilities that you would want, everything is kept very clean and the pool was fantastic for our three boy and ourselves to help cool off in the hot temperatures. Villa owners were very responsive and easy to reach both during the booking process and whilst we were there with any questions we had. We would if visiting El Valle Golf stay here again !

Fantastic villa is a nice quiet location. Heated pool is an extra bonus!
Had a lovely week staying in this villa. The master bed was very comfortable and the villa was in great condition. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking etc. Both bathrooms really good spec, one with a lovely big shower and the other with a whirlpool type bath. The outside space is fantastic, great for lounging by the pool. The BBQ area with big table and chairs was great. The place is easy to find, and if driving from Alicante airport it's a pretty easy drive on quiet-ish main roads, so if you're apprehensive about driving abroad, you need not worry. The on-site small Spar shop really does have most stuff you'd need, we were pretty surprised. Also the supermarket we used while staying is only 20 minutes away (towards Mercia), bear in mind that 6 minutes of that is within the "complex". So again very easy to navigate to and from. We decided while there it would be nice to get the pool heating turned on. I message the owner about it, not long after the pool guy (a very friendly helpful Brit with good local knowledge) to do the pool maintenance and he got in touch and had a response withing minutes and turned the heating on for us before he left which was great Had a great stay at this place, surpassed expectations and would love to stay again in the future!

Fantastic Holiday , enjoyable stay !
We were extremely happy with the villa , clean and modern . Good air conditioning and access to Wifi . Good distance from the on site club house , maximum 10 minute walk . Villa had a well equipped Kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. Lovely outside barbecue area with seating. Swimming pool good size and cleaned by a visiting pool cleaner on a regular basis. Villa owners were very responsive and easy to reach both during the booking process and whilst we were there with any questions we had. We would if visiting El Valle Golf stay here again !

Un petit coin de paradis. La piscine à disposition, environnement calme, les lits confortables, et la climatisation un bonheur !! Super vacances et nous nous sommes vite sentis chez nous. Acceptabel maar ruimte voor verbetering
Villa is gedateerd en behoeft enig onderhoud. Blijkbaar is er een dispuut tussen El Valle parkmanagement en de beheerders van de villa. Hierdoor werd ons de toegang tot de tennisbaan en overige faciliteiten door het parkmanagement domweg en op agressieve wijze geweigerd. Beheerder en eigenaar waren niet in staat dit tijdens ons verblijf op te lossen. Airco, sanitair en zwembad waren prima. Uitrusting keuken redelijk. Communicatie met lokale beheerder alleen per sms/voicemail mogelijk. Hier werd wel actie op ondernomen.

Moscas, sin tv, sin wifi, piscina negra y sin noticias del dueño.
Acabamos de pasar diez días en esta casa de El Valle. El Valle está repleto de moscas y mosquitos, que no se van ni con repelente. Imposible usar la barbacoa sin comer una docena de moscas que vienen a la comida. A la dueña ni la hemos visto, ni el primer día ni el último día (esto no sería problema si todo fuera bien en la casa). El wifi no funciona, había días que si y días que no, la tv de la habitación ni se enciende, los juegos que hay en casa tampoco. Las hamacas de la terraza pierden tornillos y están rotas. La piscina se nos volvio negra, y nadie pasa por ella en diez días aunque ponga q pasan todos los días. Cada vez que he tenido una duda he escrito a la dueña (porque no teníamos ni un numero de telefono suyo para llamar), y no nos ha respondido. Hemos estado sin poder bañarnos por el estado y olor de la piscina, se lo hemos hecho saber a la dueña y no hemos tenido respuesta hasta que hemos abandonado la casa (antes de tiempo). Su respuesta a nuestros problemas ha sido la siguiente: que con crema solar no se debe de usar la piscina. Con 33 grados y todo el día al sol, como voy a meterles a los niños al agua sin protector solar??? Sobre el wifi me dice que no es para uso comercial... no teníamos ni para el móvil. En cuanto a El Valle Golf resort, todo muy bien, menos las moscas. Tiene un restaurante muy bueno y bien de precio y camareros muy atentos, y un supermercado que atienden muy bien. La urbanización está llena de casa como estas, pero mucho mas cuidadas y equipadas y con una atención facilmente mejorable. No tengáis duda en alquilar otra casa que no sea ésta. Por lo menos con algun número de contacto por si tenéis que preguntar alguna duda. Las peores vacaciones de nuestra vida.
