Casa Atlantico C-A Murcia Holiday Rentals Property

This is a beautifully decorated and fully equipped apartment in the 5 star resort of Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort in Murcia. It has 2 double bedrooms, a separate well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and a spacious lounge / diner with sofa with 65" Smart TV. This apartment has a large terrace and direct access to the swimming pool in a few meters. There is air-conditioning in salon, gas heating in all house, international cable TV and free wifi.



The prestigious Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort contains 1864, low-level apartments in 78 blocks, a restaurant, bar, golf shop, and supermarket. The resort covers 1,353.041 m², with a build area of only 5% of the total area, scattered around an 18 hole golf course. An old dovecote has been converted into a café, right on the golf course itself.

Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort offers, as well as the Nicklaus designed, 18 hole golf course, a driving range, putting and chipping greens. The golf course is a par 72 and 6416-metre course. It covers an area of 71 hectares and has a mountain backdrop and panoramic views of the coast.

The Region of Murcia has an excellent climate of over 320 days sunshine per year[3] and warm winters.

The El Casón de Riquelme Restaurant, set in the resort's 19th-century colonial-style Hacienda, has seating inside, with an outside terrace area, looking out over the original walled gardens.



The rest of the resort centre follows the same architectural style and contains a golf shop and supermarket. The El Palomar Bar, set in a restored dovecote, overlooks the golf course and is open for drinks and snacks in the summer.
