Mais très au calme, propre, avec tout le confort . Il est très bien équipé, très propre et calme. Grande pièce à vivre au rez-de-chaussée. Très grande chambre à l’étage pour toute la famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Effectivement le point noir est l’espace buanderie/cage d’escalier non isolé, il y fait donc très froid. Mais le reste de la maison est très bien isolé et bien chauffé, donc très agréable. Le quartier est très calme. Les commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, alimentation générale, presse...) sont à deux pas. La station du Lioran, familiale, est accessible en 20 minutes environ. L’accueil d’Anna est parfait. Communication facile par sms pour l’heure d’arrivee et de départ assez souple. Bonne communication également avec M. Bachelier le propriétaire. Possible que nous envisagions de réserver de nouveau l’an prochain! Le gîte possède toute les commodités, la grande chambre est super pour une grande famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse de la personne qui remet les clefs, elle s'est montrée très patiente malgré le contretemps que nous avons eu pour notre arrivée. Calme, spacieuse, la maison est bien organisée et très bien équipée. Joliment décorée, elle est très agréable à habiter. Même si elle est située dans une petite rue, nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté à trouver une place de stationnement. La ville de Murat est magnifique et de nombreux commerces de proximités permettent de gérer le quotidien. Un supermarché à la sortie de la ville complète les courses non alimentaires. Merci à M.
