Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location with exceptional staff. Not all of the windows have fly screens and there were numerous wasps and other flying insects outside. Because of this I did not feel comfortable to have the windows open, even during the recent heat wave. Appreciate that air conditioning units cannot be fitted due to the age and character of the building but fly screens should be achievable. There was a fan in the room and this helped for me but even so, my laptop got very hot and would not charge. Later when moved to a cool location, it was fine. I would love to visit again but probably not during a heat wave.

Excellent location - highly recommend! Stayed here (Aug 2026) and was very pleasantly surprised! The hotel is right next to the train station which was incredibly convenient - just a stone's throw from the street Bahn stops The staff was very friendly and helpful, and even gave me a one-day pass to ride the city's bus system / street Bahn. The whole place was very clean. Great amenities too - there's an ice machine with dispensing filtered water, and the rooms were nice and cool (Summer time) and comfortable Perfect location, clean, friendly, and great value. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Air conditioning was great! Restaurant and breakfast first class. Wonderful bar. Lovely staff.
