8.2/10 Very good! (685 reviews)
We stayed here the night before take Holland America Cruise. The hotel is conveniently located. It's across from the cruise port over the bridge with in walking distance to the port and walking distance to city center. We had time to take a morning walk visiting the Cube Houses and Markthal area before checking in the cruise at noon. The room was small, but very clean. We would stay here again in the future for the convenience.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (445 reviews)
Great location , next to supermarket and easy access to tube and tram stops. Restaurant and bar were lovely.
We booked family room as needed 2 separate beds and that was only option. Room felt dated and in need of TLC. We did report an issue with our room (toilet seat hanging off) which we hoped would be sorted, but that wasn’t dealt with whilst we were there. Beds were very comfortable.
We had a lovely stay, just wished they’d sorted the toilet seat for us.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (172 reviews)
"I travel a lot for work and this is, by far, the best hotel I stay in. The beds, pillows are fantastic, I always sleep so well. The pool and gym are a very very good standard. The only thing I would improve in this hotel is the time it takes for food to be served in the restaurant. We had a meal ..."
