"The room was clean, newly refurbished, and comfortable, with everything in excellent working order. However, despite being marketed as a luxury hotel, it felt more like a newly refurbished motel and lacked expected luxury amenities such as cable TV, though it offered a basic gym.
At over $850 for two nights, it was not value for money, especially many five-star hotels in Sydney are often cheaper. Had it been marketed and priced more accurately, expectations would have been different.
