Perfect mini getaway
Booked the condo for a 2 night weekend stay due to a volleyball tournament in yorktown. The place was like a mini vacation, the lake view was beautiful, the weather was perfect and I was able to grill some food in the patio and soak in the hot tub before bed. If my daughter has any more volleyball tournaments nearby I will 100% look for this listing first. The condo had all the necessities and the location was perfect. Volleyball is stressful and it was so nice to have this place to go to after a long day of games and before the next days game. Thank you so much.

This was a nice and convenient place to stay
I overlooked that I needed to text a week in advance to get the entry code.There were two numbers to call if we were in need. We called the husband to get the code. He told us that he was in the hospital and asked us to call his wife. She passed along the code and instructions to get in. The condo had not been cleaned after the last guests. The bed was unmade and there were towels on the bathroom floor. We went to dinner while the maid came. All was fine after that. It was a pleasant place to stay.

sorry about the mix up.. we sent over maid asap to clean. i was in hospital with a blood infection and just overlooked calling the maid. thank u. owners

Lovely place
Quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood that’s close to everything. It was a perfect spot for a short get away from everyday life. Would definitely recommend as well as return.

Nice location
Certainly could tell an elderly couple must have been the owners of this condo. Pet odors were left behind and several things needed repair that previous guests have left notes about in the guest book at the condo, such as the toilet paper holder.

The property was nice. I had a bit of confusion trying to read house numbers from main drive, but after understanding them it was fine. I had to buy coffee for the coffee pot, none was available in the property. Could have been an oversight. Overall, we had an enjoyable time. We would return if we're back in the area. Thanks

property was well maintained, house was clean and roomy for my husband and I and sister and brother in law. nice quiet neighborhood, lots of shopping and restaurants right down the road. so much nicer and more relaxing than a hotel would defintely reccomend this property

Clean, beautifully decorated, stair lift which was great for my 91 year old dad, quiet neighborhood, many restaurants nearby. Loved it!

Great condo
We really enjoyed our experience staying in this condo. It was a little tricky to find in the dark but we did make it with a little extra effort. The hot tub was a great touch in the winter but we did accidentally lock ourselves in the garage. Communication with the host was easy and a plumbing problem was fixed right away even on a Saturday. Only con for us was bed comfort but we would still stay again.

This VRBO's offering of a motorized chair lift made this a Big Win for us and our 101-y-o mother!! Perhaps unusual amenity, but kudos to owners for attending to it.

The residence was very clean. Not easy to find in dark.
The property is very nice! Wasnt easy to find in dark with so many places. Hot tub could use a cleaning as the water had a yellow tinge to it, so we didn't use it. Other than that little tid bit, the place was excellent! Will be renting her in future for our visits and stays.

Poor communication.
I asked several times for key code information. I finally had to call. Usually I receive this 24 hours in advance. Our son and family had their sleep disturbed at 3am by a chair lift alarm. And there were no instructions about how to check out, what To do with linens, etc. In general not the usual high quality of information I am used to with VRBO. Maybe this is an inexperienced owner?

we do not email or text keybox code due to security. u must alway call us for it. we send info to the renter that tells this. the handicap chair just need to be unplug as its there for our handicap guests to get upstairs. thanks. jim and ellen, owners

July 4th biking weekend
My husband and I stayed here with another couple. We biked the entire Cardinal Greenway over the July 4th weekend. This condo was the perfect spot for our group. It was only a couple of miles for us to bike to the trail, neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. Condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook and grill. Check in process was easy. We really enjoyed spending time on the deck after long days of biking. We had a great time here and will definitely book this again when we want to stay in the Muncie area.

Excellent place
We enjoyed our stay the property was clean and spacey. The kitchen was well equipped and it was very comfortable. The balcony and porch opens up to the pond. The area is very safe and quiet. My family will definitely stay there again.

Nice place, needs some updates
Beautiful setting. Spacious accommodations.. Bed in lower level totally worn out, as was at least one recliner. Front page listing in VRBO properties says 3 BR, correct at 2 BR once you click for more details. Listing should state that coffee maker is Keurig style.

we have put in a firm bed and a soft bed to accommodate different peoples needs on the bed. i use the soft bed and my wife likes the more firm bed. both recliners are new from last sept. everyone uses a keurig coffee pot. thank u. jim and ellen, owners. replaced the downstairs bed may 1 with a pillowtop mattress and box springs.
