The house was exactly what we needed. We were in town for a family wedding and really appreciated the spacious living room with ample seating, large kitchen and front porch rocker. It’s on a quiet street and only a few blocks from campus and 5 min from downtown so plenty to do during your stay!

Ball State baseball visit

We had a wonderful time in Muncie. It was very nice to stay and relax close to the school and baseball field. We were able to cook and have dinner with our son. Thank you for letting us use your house. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Perfect location for wedding in Muncie.

House was exactly as advertised quiet neighborhood close to campus, clean and the owners were a pleasure to work with, no concerns. Would rent again, if we travel to Muncie again!! We were in town for a family wedding, and we were within 10 minutes of the North Church Venue!!

Great Muncie Location

We were in town with four other couples for a wedding. It was so nice to have a large space to gather and visit rather than be confined to small individual hotel rooms. It was actually cheaper too! We would highly recommend staying here!
