I will break down my review into two parts: The physical facilities (pod, bathroom, dining area etc.) and the staff.
The physical facilities:
1) The hotel is ultra modern and one needs an access card to enter the hotel.
2) The reception area is simple and has a shoe locker area next to it. Footwear have to be kept in the locker before entering going further.
3) The pod is ultra modern and is very functional. The mattress is good enough for a 6-feet person like me to sleep comfortably.
4) The locker next to the pod is good enough to fit luggage worth 5 days. Any more than that and you are better off booking the private pod which has space to keep luggage within the room.
5) The bathrooms are super clean. After each use, the cleaning staff cleans the bathroom. They have separate toilets too.
6) The dining area is given to a restaurant called Sayes. Good selection of food and good service.
The staff:
1) Majority of the staff is junior level and not well trained.
2) Senior staff is present but clueless about many things (they apologised for the same).
3) One of the staff opened my pod on the first morning and said he was "checking" if its occupied or not.
4) Card machine didn't work for 2-3 days and ended up being a 30 minute circus due to inefficiency of staff.
5) Staff ended up checking me in for 1 day instead of 3. This lead to my access card getting blocked. They took time to sort it out.
Basically, they need better, well trained staff.
