"This property was perfect for our 10 day stay in Anchorage to visit our son. The apt was clean upon arrival and stocked with many extras you don’t normally find such as coffee filters, coffee, tea, spices, extra paper towels and various soaps, etc. Abed is a very responsive host and a great communicator. The location is convenient to a major road with restaurants and a grocery store. During our stay the neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Anchorage."

"Everything was clean and well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and all necessities were provided. I wish there was a book that told you about the area and cool things to do nearby. Also, If you're not used to the extended daylight you'll have to get some darkening shades to sleep, but they have them that just stick on at Walmart for around 6 (we had to do this)."

"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax. We felt right at home!What really stood out was the exceptional communication from the hosts. We reached out about a minor concern during our stay, and they responded immediately and took care of everything without disrupting our vacation. They also followed up multiple times to make sure everything was resolved and that we were comfortable, which showed how much they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.Excellent hospitality, great communication, and a wonderful place to stay. We would happily book here again!"

"Wonderful views and location. No complaints. Everything is expensive in Anchorage, so can't really complain too much about the price, it is what it is. It was nice having the space of the house and big counter tops etc. Comfortable sofas and able to do laundry during our long vacation trip. Only draw back was the 1 shower that everyone had to take turns with, but kind of is what it is."
