Cons: The room and bathroom could both be cleaner and looked very worn down. Need a freshen up. The lighting was horrible making it difficult to get ready and put on makeup."

"Friendliest staff ever. From the valet parking, restaurant, housekeeping and front desk every one made sure you were taken care of. Bathroom shower was smart and beautiful, beds comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting UVA campus."

"This house has a great proximity to the UVA grounds, was clean and pet friendly. The stay was nice but communication with the host was odd. When toilet paper ran out I contacted the host asking where more can be found. The host responded with “What is your problem” then when I responded that we had found extra he said “no one does that, there is plenty of toilet paper”. I found the response unnecessarily aggressive and was uncomfortable."
