Over all the hotel was clean, good breakfast and in a great location. My complaint is that we booked through Expedia and paid before we arrived. They asked us to put a card on file for the security deposit. Without telling us we were charged at the time of adding the card during check in and again at check out. I was over charged for my stay by $430. We spent hours on the phone with the hotel and Expedia being told the manger was either on her way to the hotel and would call us when she arrived or that she would call us within 15mins depending on who we spoke with. One of the employees eventually told us the manger just wanted to handle the issue the next day. That was unacceptable. We were in town due to the loss of a loved one so the trip was already unexpected financially and now we can’t even get someone on the phone to start the process of getting our money back.
