"Staff weren’t very friendly or welcoming. They were inconsistent with their rules. Some of the rooms were nicely remodeled, but they reserve those for better looking customers people who were of color or who were possibly housing displaced were put in the dirty older rooms with the springy mattresses that poke in your back. "

There was a little noise from the upstairs occupant walking about in the late evening heard in our ground level unit but we will return here again. Ours a far rear unit totally shielded from street traffic noise and the location is great. We lived in Mukilteo for eleven years and knew aboutthis location."

"House very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Location and view were absolutely incredible. Pictures and description online is WAY understated. It’s incredible…. I will absolutely look to return to this property. Just a heads up… lots of stairs in the house so make sure you are ok with that. Also, driveway is incredibly steep and tight as is the drive to the property down a steep windy, tight neighborhood road. Not for the faint of heart… but the place was soooo worth the money! "

"Whidbey Wonder on Whidbey Island exceeded every expectation!The location is unbeatable. Waking up to the water view from the balcony in the casita, plus ending the day by the fire pit was amazing. The outdoor living space was clearly designed for big groups. The fire pit area is perfect for roasting s’mores, and watching the sunset over the water.One of the standouts were the kayaks. Having direct access to the water made it so easy. We were able to paddle out in the mornings when the water was calm, explore the shoreline, and fully immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of Whidbey Island. The hot tub was another highlight. After a day of exploring, hiking, or kayaking, soaking in the private hot tub while overlooking the water was absolute perfection. It was clean, well-maintained, and positioned to take advantage of the views. This is exactly what you hope for when booking a Pacific Northwest waterfront rental.Last - The private casita truly sets this rental apart. The separate space provides privacy, making it ideal for extended family, in-laws, or another couple. The casita’s balcony was a favorite spot for morning coffee, It felt like having a boutique hotel suite tucked into the property."
