Gate lodge is a beautiful property located in a tranquil setting on the amazing Scardroy Estate, part of the Strathconon Estate. The property has been completely decorated to a luxury standard. The property does not have internet or mobile phone signal at present but there is a landline for guests use. The area is perfect for a getaway from everyday life, with fantastic scenery for your daily walks. Walking through the door it takes you into the spacious entrance hall with a coat and boots cupboard to your left, next to the cosy snug perfect for reading, there is a sofa bed in this room (for flexible sleeping arrangements only). The modern kitchen has plenty cupboard space, perfect for cooking up a storm. The dining table and chairs is set at the window with amazing views over the water and beyond. There is a toilet on this floor and a huge utility with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink unit. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, bedroom one is a kingsize bed that is zip and link to make two single beds and bedroom two has twin beds. Both rooms have bedside tables, lamps, and storage. The shower room has a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. The furnishings are amazing throughout the property with some of the window blinds made from Strathconon tweed. Outside there is a sitting area to relax and enjoy your magnificent surroundings.
