Great helpful kind staff.

Hotel was nice with easy access to WiFi. Wished that the roads were easier to walk on but if you plan to drive or use a taxi it is fine. Location is good if you want to be close to a mall and there are coffee shops nearby and a few restaurants or you can go to the avenues mall nearby which has more choice. Staff are helpful and access to 24 hour gym.

Very nice hotel - excellent breakfast - small, not well served pool - no free sauna within the gym

Very clean comfortable and quiet providing a great overnight stay for a long transition journey

The property itself is very good, modern, well-appointed and well-kept. My suite was huge and well-equipped, good kitchen area, tvs and great bed. Staff were unobtrusive and helpful when needed. The area itself is still under development, with many vacant lots and traffic basically using sand tracks in some places. This made the walk to the local mall/hypermarket rather tricky, so taking a cab is recommended.

Great trip and we were well looked after

Returning visit a year later - a great place for a short break in the sun! The facilities are great and the view from our 9th floor was amazing. The pool area is always well maintained and clean. Excellent breakfast as well. A very nice and attentive staff. They are welcoming and remember you from your previous stay. Thanks to Samira & Ryan at the reception desk and the very nice guy who's name I don't recall who sourced some ibuprofen cream for my sport injury - much appreciated!...

Very helpful and responsive staff. Did really use the amenities. Nice clean hotel and would definitely stay again

Friendly helpful staff. Decent breakfast and coffee machine large room comfortable bed. Hotel a little dated but nice and value for money

Great staff just a lovely hotel

I had the most amazing time. The service was absolutely excellent. Jeson, Ashraf, Stephen and Fatu gave great service. They and other well mannered, respectful and helpful staff ensured that my stay was truly memorable. And the room omg what a beautiful place. Elegant and luxurious.

Lovely reception staff, very helpful and polite. The room was clean and nice. The pool was very small. When we went it had one family with children there and it was full! The area is not so great, it has loud, smoky bars and lots of men. There is a good supermarket and restaurant very close.

Good
