Good property and location but not so good service
The stay was good,however service can improved and responsiveness. Location is excellent. Check in at front desk at different tower where we had walk through the parking to get our tower. It was hot and humid. Would recommend considering fixing the above mentioned comments.

Excellent apartments conveniently located for a marina and lagoon. Could do with more staff at check in to avoid ques and also put hair dryers in the room but otherwise fantastic value for. Money compared with other services apartments

convenient and good for the price
The hotel location is slightly out of the way but there are lots of convenient restaurants nearby and a super market. Traffic is an issue when going to and back from the town centre as the roads get jammed very quickly. We found the kitchen dirty and had to call four times to get the complimentary coffee and tea but with no milk.

Kitchen is available but missing some stuff like cutting board. The day I stayed I called the front desk and requested a cutting board one was never provided. Also on the day of check in I personally asked the front desk what is considered a late check out? They informed me a late checkout is 6:00 pm. Around 11:00 pm I contacted the front desk and informed them that I was checking out late the next day and again I asked what is considered a late checkout again they told me 6:00 pm. The next day around 2 pm I received a phone call from the front desk and they where asking when I was going to checkout. I said by 6 pm and this time I was told I need to checkout by 5 pm. Apparently the personel on the front desk for day and night shift lack communication. It should have been a pass down that so and so in room 308 will be checking out late. That's how it should be handle instead of me getting a phone call telling me I need to checkout at 2pm on the day of my departure.

Nice hotel in Amwaj island.
I visit the hotel with my family. It is good choice for families. It is located in Amwaj island, you need a car to stay there since it is far from attractions in Manama.

Excellent hotel with beautiful views...
Gulf Suites Hotel Amwaj was a pleasant surprise especially since I could not find very accurate photos of the rooms. The website presentation is poor, but my experience in their presidential suite was amazing. The only recommendation I have for the hotel is that the rooms need bigger TV's. My master bedroom was pretty big and was fitted with maybe a 23" screen? With the amount that I paid I'd expect at the minimum a 42" TV for my bedroom. The living room TV was also small compared to the amount of open space and the distance from the couch. Other than that, my hotel experience in Amwaj was amazing and I'd highly recommend to anyone.

My default family place in Bahrain
Nice family friendly hotel wide apartment with full facilities, need better better cleaning, and faster service. But they detecut full rate upon arrival!

It was very clean hotel but I'm really upset about the service. Can you believe, the WI FI, TV and phone is not working..... I have to walk into the receptionist when I need to order tolls.. Overnight it was terrible

باب الغرفة لايفتح من خلال الكرت من اول ما استلمت الغرفة وايضاً الخزنة لاتعمل وحضروو فنيين لتصليح الباب و الخزنه على مدى طول اليوم و يفترض ان يتم فحض كل الغرفة قبل اعطائها لنزيل اخر و ايضاً وقت الدخول بياناتي لم تكن بالسستمم حسب قولهم و ان الموظف لم يقم بأدخال الحجز بنظامهم و الخطء منهم مما تأخر دخولي ساعة كاملة

Rent o snyggt. Lugn o ödmjuk personal. Hotellet upplevs som nybyggt. Hjälpsam reception. Enda nackdelen var högblanka golvklinkers överallt. Innebar att badrums- och duschgolv upplevdes som mycket hala. Stor risk för att halka vid duschning.
