This property is a beautifully presented property with the building itself being impressive & our room was equally impressive. We loved our stay in Mudgee & the room we had at Perry street added to that - it was comfortable & a pleasant place to relax.

A delight to stay and relax
We stayed at this hotel a few months ago and circumstances brought us back. It’s a delightful place - good communication, quality in all areas and so wonderfully made ‘grand’ again. And, the pub across the road is such good value too - a real country feel. We will be back at some stage to enjoy another stay

Very nice property with friendly front of desk staff. My only disappointment was the lack of any restaurant/coffee/bar area and there’s no one on the property after 5pm. The communication was terrific though, no complaints there. We couldn’t use any streaming platforms on the tv either which was a bit annoying. Would definitely stay again though.

This old building was tastefully renovated. It was exceptional in every way. Contemporary, but yesteryear. A lift to the second floor, made easy to lug bags up. The bed was very comfortable, kind of hidden away behind the dividing wall in the middle. Simply it was one of the nicest places I had ever stayed in.

It wasn’t bad, but my expectations where higher. They pretend to be a luxury boutique hotel, but that is only a super thin layer. The room was spacious, but there wasn’t even a proper window. There were two small windows, but with the type of glass, you couldn’t look outside. And if you could, you looked at a walk that was only a meter away…. After 5pm, the hotel is closed (this was on a Saturday) and you need to get in through a side entrance. Breakfast was so sad. A lump of dry bread in a paper bag. No breakfast would have been a better experience. The walls are all cardboard, which means you hear everything. Especially when people were walking on the floor above us. Shower was in the bath tub. Not what you would expect from a luxury boutique hotel. Location is good, so is the quality of the bed.

Everything about this property is perfect. Location is so close to shopping, dining & leisure. The staff are delightful and their service is exemplary. The ambience of our room was excellent & it was sparkling clean. King bed is extremely comfortable & decor very pleasing to the eye. We could not fault our stay.

The rooms were lovely & large and there were complementary snacks such as crisps & chocolate bars which were very welcome. The staff were super friendly but like many places they were struggling to get staff and reception was closed a lot and due a storm all the TVs went out & no one could fix them for the last 2 days of our trip.

Great hotel. My only constructive feedback is doing something with the balcony. There were no lights on the balcony so we moved our lamp out there to sit and have a glass a wine. This part of the hotel is underutilized and could do with some TLC. But great stay. Very clean and comfortable and beautifully styled.

Perry street hotel was one of the few modern places in Mudgee that we could find. It had beautiful interior and comfortable size rooms. The front reception was a wonderful help with restaurants, directions and so kind and approachable (I wish other hotels were like this).

Good location, rooms clean and modern. Our room was on ground floor, and was quite noisy. Lots of noise from guests entering/exiting the property, and could hear the neighboring guests through the walls. Also could hear guests walking around upstairs, presumably from room above.

The property is very unique, great reception service by staff and the attention to details in the room, a well stocked fridge, snacks, coffee and tea facilities. We were happy to order take away the night we stayed as we were too comfortable in the room.

It was a pretty quirky and funky place. I liked the fact that it had a small kitchenette and an interesting book on collectable cars. I didn’t like that it didn’t offer room service or breakfast, evidently because there’s so much available around the town. Overall it was very good,
