Family premium room had no windows but my kids love it. Love the aesthetics of the hotel. Very quaint and unique! Rooftop is a nice place to sit and talk with family.our room had a loft with single bed however spotted several mosquitoes. The steps to the loft in our room needs some repair as some of the wood chips are coming off and can be quite dangerous.

There are no designated parking so have to park on public parking. But they give us parking coupons for compensation. The room is a bit dirty. Would love to see some improvements.

Having an issue with cloaked sink and floor trap. Also, hand bidet next to WC broken. Gladly solve upon complaint. At night, small cockroaches are everywhere near the dustbin and inside the toilet. Btw I'm staying at level 3 which the same level as the rooftop restaurant.

The room is quite small, hardly any space for luggage and solat. But since we are only staying for only 1 night, the small room is acceptable since its new and clean. Bedding was great and we had the 3rd floor room with the river view.

Cleanliness to be improved

The hotel looked very clean and neat when you enter. It was also gave off a very cosy and comfy vibe. However, cleanliness could be improved. We stayed at the muo family room. Which has another floor in the room. There were corners with cowebs, surfaces were covered with dust. The one that really broke the straw was cockroaches. Found two huge cockroaches in the room during our short one night stay there. They were grown adult cockroaches. Dont know how did they get there but that was an experience we will never forget. Glad it was only a one night stay. Will not be considering them again.

Hotel location is good. Very clean too. Hawker food around the area is plentiful. A very small hicup though. But not much of a issue too.

Good location to city centre. Room was small. There was no wall to seperate shower from toilet. The entire bathroom floor is wet after a shower. Very unpleasant .

Nice & clean hotel/room at the centre of Muar. But, the room curtains just enough to cover the window but not the sunlight. During the day, even all the light turn off theres still sunlight enter through the windows.. Thats it.. Overall the hotel is excellent! THANK U.
