Our room was very loud. It was close to the pool and the small waterpark they have. The music was loud, the children were allowed. I think there are other rooms that would've been very nice, but our room was not.

I booked and payed for a twin room but was allocated a double room with dated facilities and had to complain to be allocated another double room .Waited for a long time in reception to be allocated a room that was a twin room .
