"DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE!!!!! I called on Sunday night to ask about a deposit and they said there wasnt one, get there Monday to check in and they say there's a deposit the policy went into effect that day. So we went and did some Uber deliveries and Walmart deliveries to make the money pull back up at 930 before check in cut off time and get told that they have no rooms and they sold out even tho I had already paid for the room! Didn't even bother to try and find us a different hotel. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never even attempt to stay at this location. I'd rather sleep in my car, probably be less of a headache. "

"We stayed here previously but this time it was horrible. The refridgerator didnt work since day 1 out of my 3 day stay. The AC didnt work . Tje feont desk receptionist tried to take payment and it was their system error , he handed keys and we went to the room. Early morning at 5am i see my card was slided almost 11times. My husband went to ask so early in the morning and then by the time it was figured my card was blocked by the bank for possible fraud activity. I am not sure what was wrong with the facility but no one showed up till the last day to fix ac and fridge. Horrible experience , and i am sure this was the last time we went there"

"This hotel room had a lot of damage to furnishings. The sheet had a cigarette burn in it. The floor had some type of white construction looking debris. It would of only took a few seconds to sweep that and clean it up before putting someone in the room. It also had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke so we were unable to stay due to asthma. You could also smell pot very strongly. The area is a not great and I would of been afraid to leave anything unattended in the room. The curtain looked like it had stuck to the window and pulled apart."
