"This towel was exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful. It is located within a 10 minute walk to the space needle and other museums nearby. It is also within a few blocks of Queen Anne Street where there are a ton of restaurants. The only negative thing we have to say about this hotel is that the water in our room never really got hot. I would call it warm only. For a hotel that does everything else right on the money. This was very surprising and disappointing. We did not eat any meals at the hotel. We did enjoy beverages at the bar."

"Pleasantly surprised how nice our room was for such a low price. Loved the Halloween decorations in the lobby. The staff gave good restaurant recommendations and even called to make sure we could get a reservation even though it was close to closing time."
