"When I first arrived and checked in, I asked the person at the desk where can I catch the tram? She walked me too the corner and explained which traffic light in the distance was the tram stop. "The floor was filthy. Obviously never cleaned. My white socks dirtied instantly. The faucet leaked, told the front desk, they came to the room looked and said they'd fix it after we left in 4 days. Looked like it was a great property before the let it get dirty and run down. Mirrors were dirty. TV remote didnt work so i had to go get batteries first then a new remote. No towels for the dirty pool, front desk was really super slow getting them out. Dont trust the photos online, that was clrarly years ago."
