The hotel is very well situated and walkable to a lot of places in the downtown. However, the service and housekeeping was unsatisfactory. We had booked 2 rooms and they skipped housekeeping for one of the rooms despite several reminders and talking to front desk in person multiple times.
Overall the hotel serves well for anyone wanting accommodation in downtown, just dont expect too much in terms of comforts.
