There are several maintenance issues that need to be addressed."

"Our hosts Bill and Claire were incredibly helpful and communicative before, during and after our stay. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies including a great Oster Blender for perfect smoothies. The beds were comfortable. We love the quiet location near the golf course. The garage is packed with fun toys - foosball, kayaks and stand up paddle boards. I asked if they had a strap - and Bill said it had “walked away”. He made sure more were there for our trip. Wonderful hosts, wonderful location, another wonderful summer in Sunriver!"

"Elegant architecture, spacious area for gatherings, comfortable private bedrooms with baths, the kitchen is more than amply supplied and well set up, perfect for larger gatherings. The decks have quiet beautiful views of native trees. The path leading to nearby by Tumalo Lake is easy. We love sitting out on the dock and feeling the serenity of the place. The setting is quiet, private and beautifully welcoming. The hosts are wonderfully friendly and responsive ."
