The property is ok, but the services are not good as aspected, with broken elevators and coffee machines. My wife lost her white color coat when the hotel the room cleaning staff mistakenly collected the white coat with hotel white towels together and never return to us.

Hotel is nice and in a great location for walking around Sydney and access to ferries and trains. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed over the Easter weekend and we're disappointed that the hotel restaurant was closed knowing that most businesses in the area were also closed for the holiday. It would be very helpful for so many guests to be able to dine at the hotel when not much else is available. All considered, the hotel worked well for us and we enjoyed our time in Sydney.
