The most amazing property, great room, clean & spacious. Great bed, slept like babies. The owners Linda & Andrea were fabulous. Warm welcoming & gave great advice for the area. We would definitely like to return if we visit the Southern Hemisphere again.

Our stay was excellent. Right from check in until check out. We booked parking which was easy to find and easy to get your cases into the hotel. The room was a bit dated but it was immaculately clean, was a lovely size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bar area was good and all the staff friendly. They had a happy hour between 5 and 6.30 where wine, beer and spirits were €8each. Ideal after a hard day exploring the lovely town of Launceston. We didn't eat at the hotel so...

Much more than a motel! Staff were excellent, rooms cleaned daily, tea/coffee, even a microwave! 😉 15 minute walk into town via City Park and the monkeys. Very impressed with the facility! Recommended! 😀

The room was great in a lovely looking hotel in a great location. James the owner/manager was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and we appreciated it very much. He gave us excellent recommendations for dinner and breakfast. Thoroughly recommend

check-in is problematic as the hotel front dedk only open till 11 am on public holiday and Sunday. Thus the hotel reception sent an email requesting my credit card info so that they can charge a "nominal" $10 to authorise my check-in and also in case I incur any expenditure during my stay when the front desk is close. I was apprehensive about disclosing such sensitive info over tbe email and seeked clarification from Hotel.com which opined that it is optional and i do not need to send the credit...
