Cleanliness was an issue for me. The Hotel wasn't clean therefore I felt unclean. Dust on the wall attached hair dryer and a lot of other surfaces. No bathmat, no washcloths, scratchy towels. Bed linens were the bear minimum, one crummy pillow, and just sheets, no blanket option.
One member on staff running around trying to do everything, front desk, paperwork, checking if rooms are ready, answering to customers, leaving the front dest un attended when customers need to get help and out the door.
All I want to say is I will not be back to stay there.
