It was a perfect halfway meeting point for our two families. We had 4 adults, 6 teens/preteens, and 2 dogs and everyone fit very comfortably. We loved the pool table! And having two kitchens was super handy for storing food and cooking meals for 10 people. It was cold so we didn’t get to do much outside, but the property is spacious with beautiful views. We really hope to return at a warmer time! Brian was an excellent host, very communicative and responsive to anything we needed. He even brought out his goats and pig for us to see and the kids to feed. All in all, an excellent stay! We can’t wait to come back! ##### Shannon E. There was SO MUCH to do for everyone! They had a wide variety of indoor and outdoor games to choose from. We had an issue with cats on the property (allergy), but the owners were very responsive about it. Also- random but if you need a 9X13 pan, bring your own! We couldn’t find one! Other than that, the kitchen was well stocked! Would definitely stay here again ##### Brian L. We came for fall foliage and hiking. The foliage was late this year, so it was just okay, but we thoroughly enjoyed the hiking. The owner shares a lot of information and makes a point to ensure guests feel welcome. We enjoyed meeting the goats and pet pig, Penelope. There are tons of fun extras in/around the lodge (pool table, foosball, pond with catfish, porch swings, etc.) and the living spaces are spacious. A couple of the bedrooms were a little tight, but we were happy to have the larger beds, so we made it work. While there is room for up to 12 people (assuming you don't mind sharing a full size bed), we limited our group to 8 since there are only 2 bathrooms. Would stay here again if I went back to the same area. ##### Kay S. There were a lot of outdoor activities to do as well as a play station which our children took advantage of. Clean and very spacious. Charming place for a quiet getaway. The young qdts stayed off the phones and actually played outside and actually played board games when it rained.
