"Do NOT ask for a wakeup call! I have used hotel wakeup calls, mostly successfully, for over 40 years of travel. Minor mishaps here and there but THIS one was a night ruiner! Imagine driving for over 8 hours to get to a basically decent room, exhausted. You ask for a 5am wakeup call because you need to get back on the road on a fairly precise time schedule. You get in your room, confident you can shower in the morning, having left a wakeup call. You hop in bed, go to sleep, fitfully at first after the long drive and the phone goes off! Wow, that just doesn't feel right. And then you look at the clock. It's 12:40am. You lay back down, get settled and the phone goes off again. 12:45. Second wake up! So I am pissed. Groggy. Call down to the front desk to get the call reset for the RIGHT time No answer. Fall back in bed and fight to get back to sleep. Wake up and look at the clock. It's 5:40. I'm already late to get on the road. No shower. Late to pick up my Grandson. All in all, a 3 rating is generous. This is the kind of mess up that wipes out most of the good from a stay!!!!"

"You get what you pay for, and I knew I was paying for a cheap hotel. It was clean, but housekeeping didn't get me new towels when I asked. It was a busy week with mostly full rooms at the hotel, so they were always behind on clean towels. There were never enough clean towels at the pool either. The pool was warm, and the hot tub wasn't too hot, which was nice. The beds were comfy. I'm guessing they got new beds since I stayed here last, because I slept great and my back didn't hurt after waking up. Breakfast was meh. The waffles and sausage were yummy, so I was fine. My husband can't eat sugar or pork, so the only thing he could have for breakfast was toast and eggs. The eggs had a weird taste. The breakfast options were: waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal (3 flavors), muffins, toast, apples. Milk and kinda-juice. Like SunnyD and a strawberry(?) drink. The staff was always great. I messed up on my booking, and they were helpful and fixed it. "

"There was nowhere to sit in the breakfast room. We had 5 kids with us and had to stand. The trays were empty. My husband had to go for the lady to replenish the trays. I had 4 rooms and none were cleaned, change of towels or sheets for 4 days. On arrival one of the sheets was bloody, meaning it was not fresh sheets. I expected more for a Radisson. I’m a frequent traveler and definitely won’t use them anymore. "
