"Check in kiosk is awful. The line for check in was extremely long and we were told to use the kiosk. There was also a line for the check in kiosk. The kiosk doesn't confirm any room detail or explain any charges. It just wants you to pay. I had paid online so didn't know what i was being charged for. After paying, I got my slip with my room details that said 2Q accessible. I booked a regular king bed online. When I asked the helper, he said it was just a code and to go up to the room. If it wasn't the right room to come back down and stand in line to get a new room. We ended up in a 2 queen handicap room. We were already exhausted from traveling and didn't want to stand in line to change our room."

"Mandalay Bay is a very nice Vegas resort. Just know this place is way more kid friendly due to the wave pool and lazy river so please keep that in mind. My only issue was the delay with check in and how long it took us to get a room - we didnt get a room until 4pm."

"Harrah's has everything right where you need it. Excellent food court. We loved Ramsay's. The pool was very relaxing too, It could use some more umbrellas. I'd have loved it even more if it were open in the evening. We really enjoyed the Michael Jackson show. It was nice to do everything in one place."

"It’s very convenient. It’s on the strip. It’s not too far from stores or bus stops. I’ll definitely recommend this place. The only thing I would suggest is that the staff should be more friendlier and more understanding when a guest is asking questions."
