"We were told that our room was not ready because Checking in early and we needed to wait at least an hour, which understandable if there was same reason for other clients as well. There were some people checked in before and after us they got their rooms ready, when we asked how long more we need to wait there answered us “you have to wait until 3pm”. But my question was how come others after us were looked before ours and besides my 2 room for my daughters were in different floors far apart. So...

"Horrible experience staff not welcoming at all not helping out at all just pointing and wanting you to figure everything else out, the room was horrible had bed bug and I have marked all over my legs. Terrible way to help out your guest"

"Paid for a suite and they gave me room on the fourth floor. Was expecting to be alot higher in the tower. Didn't receive my vouchers. Check in was a nightmare. You would figure it being fourth of July weekend they would have more then 3 people to do check ins. The coffee shop was terrible. Breakfast was sub-par. Rude waitresses."
