"Coffee shop was terrible. Half empty, 30 min wait, went back after thirty min and told that even though we had put our name in it would be another 30 min. Went online to the coffee shop website and made a reservation only to be told later in the day reservations weren’t accepted. Spa made a mistake scheduling but they did accommodate next day booking. In general staff was excellent, especially spa masseuse. High marks for having live music at Gilley’s and at casino bar. CVS on site along with Starbucks and TI To Go very convenient. Room was clean, but mattresses and pillows could use an upgrade."

"8you have to check in at a kiosk when you arrive, then you’re told to wait for a text when your room is ready. I waited 40 minutes for my room, didn’t get a room until I found a worker to help. Horrible property."
