  • New 2 bedroom, 1 bath rustic cabin in historic down town Cotter, Ar. 2 minutes from the famous White River, boat launch & Cotte park. 20 minutes to Bull Shoals Lake, & 25 minutes to Norfork Lake. Close to shopping, & many restaurants, 3 golf courses in the area, hiking, & sight seeing. Main bedroom has king bed & 40" flat screen tv. 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds. Bathroom has large shower & washer & dryer. 2 living rooms, both rooms have 50" flat screen tv's, dvd player, cable tv with 90 channels, & wifi with high speed internet is available. Full galley kitchen with gas stove, full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee make & keurig coffee maker, dishes for 8, blender, can opener, toaster, & misc cooking utensils. Dining room area will seat 4. 12x16 deck on back with patio table & 6 chairs and gas barbecue grill. Fire pit in front of house. This cabin is in a quiet neighborhood, & you can be at the famous white river in 1 minute. Very close to shopping, grocery stores, & many restaurants.

We fished the White River and this cabin is in the perfect location. Off street parking and enough room for our truck and drift boat. Definitely has a great cabin feel with all the decorations. It was very clean and the kitchen had all that we needed.

Simply lovely

We really enjoyed our stay. The U-shape of the cabin with the galley kitchen between the two sitting areas was really neat. The decor is awesome, the yard is ample size and there’s plenty of hang out space both indoors and out. So close to the White with plenty of parking too.

The owner has done an excellent job on decorating the cabin. The artwork reflects the outdoors. We have stayed in other nearby locations with our fishing club over the years and this is by far the most rustic and relaxing environment. We hope (we're in our mid seventies) to come back for more stays. The host provided updates on things we needed to know. Rooms and kitchen were clean. You can buy groceries locally and their are eating establishment within short driving distances. We have been fishing here over the years using the same guide. Excellant getaway location if you love the outdoors.

Comfortable!

This is one of the most comfortable VRBO’s that we have used. The location was perfect for trout fishing on the White River! The bed was comfortable, lots of towels, shampoo, cleaning supplies, great dishes and pots and pans. We didn’t use the fire pit because of high winds, but Mike had us stocked up with wood and starter. We will definitely be back.

Perfect place to stay for a fishing trip!

We were in Cotter to go trout fishing. This place is just around the corner from the Cotter Trout Dock. The guy who handles this VRBO is super friendly and helpful. A storm had knocked out power before we got there, and he brought down a bright lantern. He gave us great recommendations of places to eat in the area...be sure to get pizza at Nima's in Gassville! Wonderful experience all the way around, can't wait to get back there.

Family retreat

My wife and I and daughter and son-in-law and 2 granddaughters stayed 5 nights and went to Branson twice and just generally explored area caves and scenery. Built fires in fire pit a couple of nites with s’mores. Cabin was well stocked with everything you need from firewood to towels to kitchen needs. Location was really great for all we wanted to do. Owner was great to communicate with. Our king size bed mattress and linens could have been a little more comfortable but all in all we really enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to anyone looking in that area.
