House has everything you could want and more. Game room, bar room and media room are just awesome. Communications were timely and the house was very clean. We are already planning our next stay!

Exceptional Multi-Family Experience
Our group included 4 different families ranging in age from 8 months to 60 plus. This property had something for everyone. The hosts were extremely responsive and thoughtful, the home is well equipped. The place was very clean and impeccably decorated, even included holiday decorations. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the multiple home activities for multiple days. The location was perfect for our group and there's plenty to do within walking distance. We definitely plan on returning as everyone in our group gave this 5 stars!

motorcycle trip
there was 10 of us on a motorcycle trip. this place was awesome. we often go on trips to arkansas and we always have a large group and we have stayed in alot of different places but this place is the best we have ever stayed at. The outside area could have a few more seats but that is the only thing I can say is wrong with this place. We wil be coming back to this place for sure.

We’ve stayed here twice now for baseball tournaments, with a mixture of coaches, families with small children and players aged 11-14. The house has everything you need and more. Kitchen has anything you can think of! Each room thoughtfully has additional fans for those who like to sleep with moving air/white noise. The game room was great for keeping boys (big and small) entertained, and there is a fun escape room across the street that they enjoyed. Loved having our own parking lot, too, Owners were friendly and communicative.
