"Room was very clean and plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice. Only reason that I did not give 5 stars was lack of elevators. It was difficult, as an elderly man, to climb stairs with my suitcases. This should be clearly stated on website. I would have paid the extra for a first floor room had I known."
