The pictures of the property are accurate. The bed is comfortable and the newly installed tub is spacious and plenty of water pressure is available. The kitchen is smallish with not much storage but this is an efficiency so I wouldn't expect that. All appliances are new and work perfectly. A/C is controlled remotely but Angela will adjust the settings for you. She is always accommodating and she cares about her guests. Angela is a VRBO star host! ##### Daryl S. The studio is nearly new, modern farmhouse style, everything we needed was there. The host Angela was great about answering my many questions !!
