Beware of the "Breakfast Buffet"
Stayed 2 days before a cruise. Nice room. Comfortable sitting area, with a couch and TV. Bed and bathroom also good. Good location. They had a continental breakfast with some pastries, coffee and juice. We grabbed a coffee and pastry, before heading across the street, where we got a full breakfast for less than $10. Upon checkout they tried charging me $135.00 USD for their "Breakfast Buffet" I refused to sign the bill and asked for the manager. After a few minutes of discussion, they removed the charge.

The Tahiti Pearl Resort is a wonderful place to stay, it is a quiet, clean and safe resort. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food was good and the service was excellent. My wife is Celiac, + allergies to Soy, Rice and Oats and the kitchen staff did everything within their means to ensure that she was able to have a meal that was safe for her dietary restrictions. I would not hesitate to recommend for any one to stay here, and if you do, splurge and book the Viche Message, you won't regret it, best experience ever.
