There is 600 square feet of comfort. Queen size bed sleeps 2 and there is a Futon that can sleep 2 more. Sleeps 2 comfortable, but can sleep 4\. The kitchen is fully equipped, full bathroom with a tub. There is wifi and a large screen TV for all the comforts of home. The Studio is located at the end of road, so very little traffic. The view is lovely from the back window, looking at Mt. Eddy and the front slider looks at Mt. Shasta. This amazing area has so many things to do. Hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, golfing and/or just relaxing to name a few. Adjacent to Mountain View Self Storage. Shasta. It was very quiet with views of the mountains. The place was clean and spacious. We felt very safe there. I liked that it had a washer/dryer in the garage below. Unfortunately non of the apps on the TV were connected to the internet and we couldn't figure it out, so it was mostly just for show. Worse though was that there was no hot water for our entire stay. We called the property manager/host and waited for about an hour until they found a solution, which was to use the shower in the house next door. The water there was not that hot either. We realised there was a small mix up in booking. We requested early check in which they so graciously accommodated. However through our request we realised the website had allowed a double booking. The hosts quickly responded and set us up in their larger cabin at the same rate as the smaller loft. Boy did we luck out! It was a very clean, well stocked home. Great views, quick access to hikes, restaurants and shopping. This is a great location if you want to explore both Mt. Shasta and weed. Directly in the middle of both. I would definitely book this place again! It was my 34th bday weekend and definitely one to remember!
