- It takes a village to sleep this many Guest. Chestnut Village is comprised of 4 separate home in down town Mt. Shasta all connected to the same yard. Shasta Star, Shasta Harmony, Shasta Serenity, Shasta Bella, These homes can be rented separately or together, with enough advance notice. Plenty of parking, Hot tub, 3 large yards with views of Mt. This was excellent for our multigenerational family gathering. The fire pit was a good center point to gather. Very pet friendly, fully fenced. Had all the right equipment to bbq and cook. The host was very accommodating from the time we booked the property and was available through the stay. Close to downtown so we could walk everywhere. Some traffic noise and lots of stairs to consider. Overall it was just what we needed!
