Check in was good but the hotel just opened for the season and do not have correct information on their website. We did not have access to the pool, hot tub or any of those amenities. The breakfast they served appeared to be day old muffins and coffee, not the continental breakfast advertised. The room was perfect but the beds were not the best. The mattresses slumped in the middle causing horrible sleeping conditions.

Could not be any more convenient for visiting Yellowstone. Cozy unit, and was able to park right out front. Timberline restaurant had great food at very reasonable prices. I would definitely consider staying again.

Beautiful king suite with fireplace in sitting area. Nive size bedroom, no view, but nice. Hallway carpets were clean, room carpets were clean. people using pool, but we did not. Convenient to Keystone town and easy, quick drive to monument. Breakfast changed daily with normal choices, breakfast staff was fun and engaging with travelers and conversation. Laundry area was nice with two washers and dryers. Very convenient for a long trip. Parking a bit of a challenge if you were out late at monument lighting. Very nice stay.

Cute convenient hotel. Nice staff and nice area. Only complaint is that the shower curtains were kind of gross and in need of replacement! Otherwise clean and nice.

Overall nice. The AC unit was a bit noisy for me, but since it was cool, just tuned it off. Got to watch the bugs, wasps fly in if you leave the door open.

In our room the shower hot/cold knob was so loose it was hard to regulate the temp, the roommate and I fixed it. Just a loose screw, when I went to ask for a ice bucket at the front desk I was told there are no extras, as the one in our room was falling apart. But staff was amazing.

Nice room but the bedding was dingy and old. Pillowcases were so gross we bought our own to use. There had been a rip in the bottom sheet and someone had sewn it. Never seen anything like it! USE SOME OF YOUR MONEY AND REPLACE THE LINENS!! Not a very good impression. The breakfast was excellent every morning! The gals who run it were pleasant and very accommodating! Otherwise nice stay near shopping and monuments.

Late check in 11 pm. Night clerk from Ossian, IN was excellent. He found us flat pillows. The breakfast ladies x 3 days were always cheerful & helpful. My daughter loved the pancake maker. 3 minutes from Mount Rushmore.

I was in room 223, the shower head didn’t work, and the bathroom sink drained extremely slow. I told this information to the person at the front desk when I checked out. Didn’t seem to care much. Hotel was clean and quiet, a bit dated, but fit the area. Everything else was good.

It’s a bit outdated. The noise of the air conditioner is pretty noisy. The breakfast choice are very minimal. Suggestion: It will be appreciated for hot water supply other than coffee.

We enjoyed ourselves! Location and place met all are needs. Overall general cleanliness was good. The back outside stairs and the blinds in the dinning area could use a cleaning. The employees at the front desk and in the breakfast area were all very friendly and accommodating.
