I booked a car park spot which was there, as I got near I rang to confirm how I could get to my parking bay. I was told I could drive in, you can only drive in with a security card so instructions were completely wrong and made my check in distinctly less satisfactory than it should have been.

Wonderful stay! The hotel was in a fabulous location, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and well maintained. We especially loved the daily brekkie and the evening drink - a lovely touch! Would happily stay again.

"The only thing that brought the rating down was the fridge in the room. It is soooo thin, you literally can’t find anything in there. I get it’s probably a drink fridge, but don’t even think you could fit many drinks. It would be better if it was a proper mini fridge so we could put our dinner leftovers ..."
