Absolutely gorgeous view and area. The place was spacious and very clean. The host was very kind to us when we had trouble with the door. We will definitely stay here again
This was a beautiful property and made for a delightful stay. We were delighted with the location and its proximity to Geneseo, as well as the apartment's cleanliness and space. The host was very thoughtful in communicating about our needs. We loved it.
Our second stay here. Lovely 2nd floor apartment with a great view. Comfy, well appointed and close to SUNY Geneseo and several good eateries. Beautiful grounds, quiet area.
We stayed for a long Easter weekend visiting our daughter at SUNY Geneseo. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and in a great location with beautiful views. We befriended an adorable cat or should I say she befriended us including our elderly dog. A great place to stay when in the area.

Beautiful old farm house. Amazing property with a great view. Super clean. Would stay here again.
Loved our stay here! Host was informative and response. The place was so clean and very comfortable. We have family in the area and will be staying again when we're in town. Thank you!
Needed a place to stay near Letchworth State Park for a family reunion and this was perfect. It was in close enough proximity, reasonably priced and comfortable. The host is wonderful and if you needed anything he was responsive quickly. The place was clean and comfortable.
Overall, the property is beautifully on top of a hill with not one house nearby. The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds. Location allowed us to get to stores in about 10 min and Niagara Falls easily. Pillows are not the most comfortable and the kitchen needs some TLC in order to be functional for a family stay, but we were happy here. Firepit smores were our favorite!
This property is amazing! The key to the 2nd floor apartment was exactly where we were told it would be. The rooms were all clean, the beds comfy and the bathroom towels were fluffy and plenty big (hot water came on quickly and was plentiful). The fridge/freezer was also clean and water froze quickly for ice. The views from both ground level and out of the windows were beautiful. It is less than a 10 minute drive from the house into Geneseo proper...saw many birds, deer, raccoons and other wildlife on the drives. The TVs worked and we had access to many of the streaming services. It wasn't cold enough to try the fireplace. The best thing I can say about this venue is that I will be happy to stay there again during my next visit to Geneseo!

The property was historic, clean, spacious and had a gorgeous view from atop a large hill over the surrounding farmland. Has smart TVs in the bedrooms and living area, a full kitchen with a microwave, and a large bathroom with fluffy host provided towels and soap/hair products. Entering and parking was very easy and I lived that there was a small guestbook to write about your stay. Geneseo is a short drive away, with dining options and bars, and the Letchworth park has plenty of hiking and beautiful waterfalls. We had a great time and would book again if in the area!
Located on a beautiful peaceful property. The unit itself is historic, quaint and comfortable. Everything was as expected. The host Jacob was very attentive, accommodating, kind and helpful. He informed us of local events happening during our stay and even invited us to join their family celebration. Would stay again.
(Note: The steepness of the spiral stairs up/down was mentioned in a previous review - we managed just fine.)

Place had not been cleaned
Found chips in bedding, used contact on bathroom counter. Was ideal location & property manager was good at communicating @ granting date change requests.
This home was definitely a favorite for our family. We love places that have history. And all the details they kept when remodeling is definitely appreciated. The house was easy to find, we didn't have any issues checking in and property management was easy to get ahold of with and questions we had. For the most part it was clean. However the fridge and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. There was pieces of stuff in the fridge drawers and the freezer. I would add in some more pans for people to utilize when there as well. I ended up havening to go out and buy a sauce pan to make spaghetti. And some new dish sponges because the one that was available had already been used previously. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Bedrooms were clean and tidy, there were extra towels and the living room was cozy with the little fireplace. Thank you again for the accommodations. We will definitely look into this place again if we are ever in the area.
What a cute place! The view is so beautiful and it’s quiet and conveniently located. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Hallway lighting could be improved since the nightlights go off after a few minutes. Host helped adjust our stay to accommodate changes in our plans.
Very nice place.
This place was BEAUTIFUL! The view was INCREDIBLE! Our host Jacob was communicative and responsive. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to be able to return for another visit!
This upper floor 2 bedroom apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and spacious with lovely views. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything we needed for a 2 night stay.Communication with the host was excellent. The air conditioning worked perfectly.Highly recommend staying here.
My wife and I stayed at the property for three nights and found it quite comfortable. When I had a minor issue, the host was very prompt and friendly in responding. We appreciated the proximity to Geneseo and to Letchworth State Park, and would happily stay there again if we return to the area.
