Thank you for your review, we always appreciate good honest feedback. Unfortunately your booking did not indicate you had 3 dogs travelling with you. As we are not a pet friendly motel, we were unable to accommodate your requirements and did offer alternatives. As Mount Isa has such extreme heat conditions, when asked if it was ok to leave them in the car, our receptionist understandably could not condone 3 dogs to be left in a vehicle. We are pleased that you were able to find alternative pet friendly accommodation.

Hello Ruth, thank you for your feedback we are so pleased your enjoyed your stay with us. The mine does blast as mentioned and yes it does shake the rooms - the closest thing to working in the mine itself, quite the experience for visitors
