Even though the house is about 4 miles outside the city limits, it's super easy to find and very accessible. Felt very clean and SO cute. Well appointed and very comfortable. It was the cleanest and most well equipped VRBO property I have ever stayed in. The owner’s good taste in decor and necessities shined thru! Even though it rained —a lot every day —we were still able to hike the upper legs of the trails near the house. It was only a 10 minute drive to some great trail heads on the Oachita National Trail. When the area was threatened with severe storms and tornadoes the owner relayed where we could find shelter. She truly cared about us and wanted us to be safe. The accommodations were nice, very clean, and comfortable. Two adult children shared a room my husband and I in the other/ we were plenty comfortable. Sisters get along well. This was our first time to Mt. Ida to go quarts crystal digging at the area crystal mines. There is a water hose available to use to rinse off your day's treasures. We hope to be back to Mt. We were there to look for quartz and they even had a hose around back to help out. The house is so clean and well appointed, with lots of whites, so make sure you respect the place and do your rocks if that’s the purpose of your trip! Perfectly located, cool area, comfy beds. As a vrbo rental owner myself , I was impressed. Heads up, Montgomery county is a dry county.
