There is was no housekeeping to clean the room. We had to call front desk to get clean towels and while staying we emptied our trash cans daily. Trails Head Cabin
Kitchen had the necessaries, but pots/pans need upgrading. I am sure many do not cook, but over our stay we did need them a couple times.
