Older mattress, was OK, but could feel springs a little.

10/10 Excellent
"The room was small but very clean and comfortable."
"The room was hip and super clean. The community space was pretty and comfortable and inviting. The breakfast (included!) was amazing. I had a question about parking and Kate answered immediately and had a solution at her fingertips. Highly recommend if you are in the area!"
"We had a wonderful relaxing stay in this gorgeous place. The listing is just as described, natural light filled, high ceilings, on the top floor, comfortable bedding, and a thoughtful host. Lea left the A/C on, a bottle of water in the fridge, lots of good coffee, and even some hot cocoa packets for our son. The boba shop right downstairs was awesome and had fun gift items. There is a diner next door and some fantastic restaurants 15-20 minutes away. Very convenient to Mass MOCA and Williamstown. The rail trail and visitor center is just outside the back door. This is a very safe quiet neighborhood, there's not a lot going on in Adams but it's a great spot to explore the northern Berkshires area."
"Property is located approximately 50 yards from the first green. Club did accept guest players. We played 3 days. Challenging 9 holes. Morning noise from double blowers. Property landscaper mower extreme from 7 to 9 am, one day. "
