The location is great because it's off the beaten path in a nice quiet area, but close enough to all the sites you would want to see on Mt. Desert Island with a short drive. Excellent place to stay if you like peace and quiet. Very comfortable with a great flat screen TV. Gas grill and fire pit were great for relaxing and cooking a burger after hiking all day. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Clean and updated. The house has everything you could possibly need. I only wish that we had more time to enjoy all of the amenities.
