It's located on a (mostly) private 4 acre lot with several lakes, the Birkenhead river nearby and is only 35 minutes to Whistler Resort. It's the ideal base for skiing, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, and golfing. We offer several experiences or can suggest activities and destinations in the area. Please note, This is NOT a "party house". ALL guest (Maximum 6 adults + 2 kids) must be registered. (Not 8 adults - Special exemptions upon request ONLY) Rates are based on 2 people plus an additional fee/pp/night. Access is via a keypad/key combo which allows access to the Chalet. My four friends and I loved our stay in the cabin! The loft, skylights, fireplace, and back porch were my favorite parts. We loved grilling in the evening and sitting by the fireplace at night. The lookout point was great for stargazing too. I will say one bathroom for five people was a little difficult and the ladder to the loft is pretty narrow (less than 1ft) and steep. We left suitcases in down stairs bedroom as no way could we get them up the stairs. Our mistake but Maybe should be spelled out in description as photos led ius to assume otherwise.
