Mount Bielawski

This place is fine. Room is clean. But there is charges for parking and it comes with tax too. This was not expected when we booked it but that was ok. The only thing was when my wife told the staff that we werent expecting charges on parking fee since there were many other hotel options available and they had free parking, the staff responded that the booking can be cancelled and room charge can be refunded....but that was not the right response for couteous customer services. Rules are rules, and if that is the way it is so be it. But dont tell customer that cancellation is ok, it sent the wrong message. Should we take it or leave it? I guess they got plenty of last minute customers who want to take any vacant room...

I had no expectations of a hotel located in a popular shopping area, but it really is a lovely hotel with a European bent. Very quiet interior courtyard, extremely friendly and helpful staff and large rooms beautifully appointed. Just really impressed.
