"I want to express my appreciation. I have asthma. When I came in on Friday evening you are hit with a strong air freshener smell. It smelled good but for people with allergies and breathing problems it was too much. I explained it to housekeeping and they unplugged it and I was able to enjoy my stay. "

"The hotel staff were great. They were pleasant and helpful when asked. The cleaning crew used too much cleaning compound leaving the floor sticky and a chemical order. The regular staff redid the bathroom floor and another helped me to open the window so that I could air out the room. Management changed my room so that I did not have to walk stairs as I forgot to request this. Staff was polite and willing to assist me."
